The series premiered in 1962. Stopped the same year after 10 issues.

The main character is the seventh Earl of Ravenscourt in Southern England. He was once falsely accused of theft and sent to Dartmoor Prison from where he managed to escape. In disguise he then woved to help other innocent people who had been wrongly imprisoned.
He names himself The Raven but to the public he is known as The Mysterious Man in Black although he is dressed in green.
