MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2010*. Stopped in 2011 after 12 issues.

The title character is a powerful but reclusive wizard by the name of William Shakespeare living in a parallel world. Several of his namesake the author William Shakespeare's best known characters - good as well as bad - are out looking for the wizard in order to either save him or kill him depending on the individuals' preferential aims.
Some of the searching characters are Falstaff, Hamlet, Iago, Lady Macbeth, Othello, Richard III, and Romeo and Juliet.
