MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1952. Stopped in 1953 after 9 issues.

The starring character is the former British commando soldier Richard 'Dick' Barton, who is now a special agent dealing with puzzling and dangerous cases in international fast-paced adventures. Barton is regularly accompanied by the friends 'Jock' Anderson and 'Snowy' White.

The series is built on an extremely popular BBC radio thriller broadcast that ran from 1946 to 1951 (711 episodes).
