The series premiered in 1951. Stopped in 1952 after 12* issues.

The series features Char Chapman, who is known as a hunter in the jungles of East Asia, but he is mostly fighting injustice from diverse humans by using his powerful fists. His trademark is a pair of goggles.

The full title of the series is Char Chapman The Phantom of the East.
