MAIN STORY
The series premiered in 1941. Stopped in 1946 after 29 issues, but has been revived several times since then.

The series describes a team of young action heroes taking active part in World War 2 on the American side. The most recurring characters are Bucky (Rikki Barnes), Jeff (Jefferson Worthington Sandervilt), Knuckles (Percival Aloysius O'Toole), Toro (Benito Serrano), Tubby (Henry Tinkle), and Whitewash Jones.
