MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1996*. Stopped the same year after 9 issues.

The writer of pulp fiction magazines, Clay Washburn, tries to make ends meet during the 1930s and 1940s by churning out colourful adventure novels featuring diverse fictional characters. We follow his struggle and most of the issues in this series have an added graphic rendering of one of his latest novels.
