MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2001*. Stopped in 2004 after 12 issues.

This strip format series (of which the last 3 issues is in a standard format) features Western stories loosely based on James Fenimore Cooper's novel Wildtöter (The Deerslayer in English which is the third book in The Leatherstocking Tales).
