MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2009. Stopped in 2010 after 8 issues.

Far into the future Earth's garbage disposal is handled by special robots, one of which is Wall●E (short for Waste Allocation Load Lifter Earth Class). It's main job is to compact trash, but when its fellow robots start breaking down, it must find a way to deal with the situation or Earth will be doomed. 

The overall plotline is based on a computer animated feature film from 2008, but the events are set earlier in the comic book.
