MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1960. Stopped in 1962 after 10 issues.

The series stars Major Seth Adams, who works as a trailmaster on a convoy of settlers' wagons travelling from Missouri to California around 1870. At his side he has the competent frontier scout Flint McCullough. The stories chronicle the hardship the small group of people has to endure on their way through the prairie lands and the Rocky Mountains

The series is built on a TV series that aired from 1957 to 1962 mainly under the title Wagon Train. Occasionally, the shows were renamed Major Adams, Trailmaster or simply Trailmaster.
