Comments: * The corporation was bought by Acclaim Entertainment in 1994 that stopped in 2004. Valiant then continued the corporation from 2008. Different logos were used during the periods; the one shown to the left derives from the initial run.

 

 

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1997. Stopped in 1998 after 12 issues.

The stories tell about three New Yorker Barbella sisters who one day bewildered wake up in a forest transformed to angels with wings and special powers gained from different nature elements. They are Gianna (fire), Maria (storm), and Teresa Angelina (earth). They soon realize that they have a mission; to rid their city of a certain group of demonic beings called Ninety-nines.
