MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1980*. Stopped in 1987 after 22 issues, but was briefly continued from 1990 to 1994 (additional 9 issues).

The series contains slapstick stories featuring the somewhat lazy and always shirking newspaper office boy Tom Tiger employed at the DDT Verlag (Domestic Daily Telegraph). He is constantly creating unintentional confusion, trouble, and even havoc around himself. The most often exposed victims are the choleric chief editor Harry Humbug as well as his employer Sir Winston.
