MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1997. Stopped in 2003 after 81 issues, but has been revived numerous times since then.

Initially, the team was created by supervillains, who soon mended their ways and became enforcers of law and order. The team as such consists of numerous members, whereof the founders were Atlas, Citizen V, MACH-I, Meteorite, Songbird, and Techno.
