The series premiered in 2006. Stopped in 2007 after 9 issues.

The series can been perceived as a modern imaging of the basic plotline in The Avengers.

The series has been published in several versions, of which the one on this page is the second. The most often occurring of the many main characters come from Captain America, The Incredible Hulk, and The Mighty Thor.
