MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1997. Stopped in 1999 after 15 issues.

The evil warlord Rhazes Darkk has an army of 9 supermonsters, and he now tries to force a former CIA agent named Victor DeLeon to be his 10th monstrous helper. Darkk is partially successful, but Victor's metamorphosis is not complete; from time to time he finds himself transformed back, and he goes after the destruction of the monsters with the help from the female warriors Esperanza and Zorina.
