MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2011. Ongoing.

New York City has suddenly fallen victim to a strange disease that kills or heavily mutates people, turning them into vampires and hideous creatures. The Center for Disease Control attempts to find the source of the disease and neutralize it. One of the recurring characters is Doctor Ephraim Goodweather, who is the leader of the Canary Team within the CDC.
