MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1968. Stopped in 1970 after 18 issues, but has been revived numerous times since then.

The title character's real name is Norrin Radd. He was once a young astronomer of the planet Zenn-la, that was threatened by destruction thus he travelled through Space to find another habitat. Coming to Earth he realizes that he has superpowers, and these are partly channelled through his special, indestructible surfboard made from a silvery material.
