MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1987. Stopped in 1989 after 17 issues.

Four humans wake up from a long hibernation slumber aiming to test their abilities to deal with long-term space flight, only to discover that they are some of the few survivors from a devastating nuclear war. Now mutants try to take over the world, but the humans fight them.
The new humans are Kelly Brock (the leader), Roger Brunner, Duke Goldberg, and Calvin Gordon.

From #4 the front covers received the tagline The Shattered Earth Chronicles.
