MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1951. Stopped in 1955 after 26 issues, but was revived titled The Rider in 1957 (additional 5 issues).

The title character is an Old West farmer named Jim Larrimore, who, disguised with a mask, ventures out on his horse Lightnin' to neutralize villains and help sheriffs. Two Indian chiefs, Bright Feather and Swift Arrow, are each occasionally fighting at his side.
