MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1987. Stopped in 1988 after 6 issues.

The title character's real name is Rocky Stevens, and he was created as a superhero during World War 2 as a result of a US government project. Since then he has been helping out on diverse assignments.

The last two issues were simply titled Liberator.
