MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1975. Stopped in 1979 after 41 issues, but has been revived a few times since then.

The title characters are a group of superheroes that has joined forces in the fight to free the world of villains. The members come and go; some of the recurring ones are Captain America, Namor (Sub-mariner), Tara, The Human Torch, Union Jack, and Warrior Woman.
