MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1973. Stopped in 1975 after 18 issues.

The series is based on Mary Shelley's novel Frankenstein about Baron Victor Frankenstein, who creates a monster from human bodyparts. The first 4 issues follow the contents of the novel.

The first 5 issues were titled The Monster of Frankenstein.
