MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1996. Stopped in 2001 after 40 issues, but has been revived several times since then.

The very concept of Darkness is a natural part of the universe, but at regular intervals it is also planted in a human, who, for a limited period of time, becomes the Bearer of Darkness, which means that he gets almost limitless powers and control over the dark and hellish demons that originate from the dark places. At present a ruthless Mafia hitman named Jackie Estacado is the chosen host.
