Personal dates: Founded in 1934 by Malcolm Wheeler-Nicholson (1890-1968) as National Allied Publications, but the name changed in 1937 to Detective Comics (later shortened to DC). Stopped in 2011.

Comments: The corporation's logo changed several times over the years. The selected one ran from 1976 to 2005.

 

 

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1966. Stopped in 1973 after 43 issues, but the series has been revived multiple times since then under diverse titles such as New Teen Titans, New Titans, and Titans.

The series is composed of a group of teenage superheroes some of which are Aqualad, Kid Flash, Robin, Speedy, Superboy, and Wonder Girl.
