MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1944*. Stopped in 1960 after 94 issues.

At first the main character's name is somewhat puzzling, as he is an ordinary, anthropomorphic duck with disastrous tendencies and a family. But he started out as a superhero parody (with the secret identity of Clifton Webfoot), which explains the initial name. Now he is known as The Cockeyed Wonder.

The series was retitled to The Adventures of... Super Duck from #89.

* The title character was first published in Jolly Jingles from 1943 to 1944 (7 issues).
