MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1953. Stopped in 1960 after 149 issues, but continued titled Super Detective Picture Library (additional 38 issues).

The series contains crime and science fiction stories featuring diverse characters such as Bulldog Drummond, Fu Manchu, Lesley Shane (AKA Leslie Shane), Rod Collins, Sherlock Holmes, and The Saint.
