MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1983*. Stopped in 1985 after 28 issues, but was revived during 1995 (additional 8 issues).

The title character, whose real name is Torin Mac Quillon, is a Celtic warrior from the time of the Roman Empire, who is teleported to the galactic city of Cynosure in the distant future. Here is persuaded to join a crew of freedom fighters onboard the spaceship Jolly Roger. Their mission is to save Earth from an oppressive regime.

The full title of the series is Starslayer, the log of the Jolly Roger.
