MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2010. Stopped in 2011 after 12 issues.

The title character is a science fiction novelist named Benjamin Warner. He is convinced that he is the sole survivor of a doomed world far away in the galaxy. His only longterm friend is Tara Takamoto, who turns out to be an alien from a different world, and together they venture out into the unknown to come to terms with Starborn's origin.
