Personal dates: Founded in Denmark in 1899 as P.I.B. by Hjalmar Carlsen (1875-1951) and has since then changed name several times. It has subsidiaries in several European countries. Ongoing.

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1994. Stopped in 1996 after 7 issues.

This is a noir series primarily describing crimes in the diverse quarters of fictional American Basin City (normally referred to as just Sin City). The series features multiple characters from all walks of life, where one of the most often occurring ones is Marv, a former convict who is now helping people with odd jobs.
