MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2005*. Stopped in 2009 after 38 issues, but has been revived a few times since then.

The title character is Jennifer Walters, who is a cousin of Bruce Banner, who is also known as the starring character in The Incredible Hulk. After Walters had been seriously wounded by a gunshot, Banner offered her a blood transfusion to save her life, which in turn means that her blood is now gamma-radiated just as that of her cousin, and she transforms into a female version of Hulk.
