Comments: * The corporation was bought by Acclaim Entertainment in 1994 that stopped in 2004. Valiant then continued the corporation from 2008. Different logos were used during the periods; the one shown to the left derives from the initial run.

 

 

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1992. Stopped in 1995 after 43 issues, but was continued from 1997 to 1998 (additional 20 issues), and during 1999 (additional 6 issues).

One night the New Orleans jazz musician Jack Dominique Boniface meets an assailant who magically changes his life, so he becomes a fierce, superpowered and immortal Voodoo warrior always lurking in the dark to strike against evil forces.

Most of the issues in all 3 series were titled Shadowman, but several were retitled Shadow Man.
