Name: Semic Press (subsidiary of the worldwide Egmont Group).
Personal dates: Founded in Sweden in 1950 as a comic book subdivision of the publishing company Bonnier AB and has since then changed name several times (the most well known older name is probably Serieförlaget). Sold to Egmont in 1997.

The series premiered in 1970*. Stopped in 1983 after 246 issues (from 1980 to 1981 titled Ben Bolt med Serie-Nytt).

This Swedish magazine series consists primarily of action stories featuring a range of American heroes and villains.
