Personal dates: Founded in Denmark in 1899 as P.I.B. by Hjalmar Carlsen (1875-1951) and has since then changed name several times. It has subsidiaries in several European countries. Ongoing.

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2001. Stopped in 2003 after 10 issues.

This is basically a love story between the demon king Laures and the human dancer Hilda. Long ago Laures was a young human who chose to be a demon in order to save his love from death, but she died anyway, and now she has returned as an incarnation of his old love. But Hilda has no recollection of the events that went ahead.
