MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2011. Stopped in 2013 after 7 issues.

The series, that can be perceived as a sequel to The Avengers, primarily features new superhero characters as well as a few former ones. In the stories the group operates under a veil of secrecy for the American government.
Some of the recurring characters are Commander Steve Rogers (Captain America), Natalia 'Natasha' Romanova (Black Widow), Dr. Henry 'Hank' McCoy (Beast), Thor Odinson (The Mighty Thor), Eric O'Grady (Ant-man), and Richard Rider (Nova).
