MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1956.

The series is rather special for Disney's funny animal universe, because it stars a character, the puppy Scamp, who is actually presented with real parents namely Lady and The Tramp. Also, he has 3 sisters. Scamp mainly roams in his neighbourhood where he tries to do good but often his wellmeant actions are not well thought through.

The stories were/are written by an overwhelming number of artists. Examples: Robert 'Bob' Grant (1916-1968), Bill Berg (1917-2002), Bob Bartholomew (1917-?), Del G. Connell (1918-2011), Victor 'Vic' Lockman (1927-), Joel Katz (1945-).
