MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1950. Stopped in 1951 after 7 issues.

The title character is a no-nonsense, hard-boiled private investigator who always gets his jobs done. He is sometimes assisted by his secretary Roxy and police lieutenant Dugan.

The full title of the series as seen on the front covers is Sam Hill "Private Eye".
