MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2005. Stopped in 2008 after 13 issues.

The title character, whose name is Latin for King of Books, is a librarian, who has been enforcing library rules and collecting overdue books for more than 2,000 years (since the ancient library in Alexandria burned down). Libris is highly efficient and totally relentless, when he is on a case tracking down disrespectful and thoughtless deadbeats for the Middleton Public Library.
