Personal dates: Founded in 1943 by Vincent 'Vin' Sullivan (1911-1999). Before he started the company Sullivan was the editor of National Allied Publications (later known as DC Comics). Stopped in 1958.

Comments: The corporation published a large number of titles in many genres, but most of them only lasted for a few issues.

 

 

MAIN STORY
The series premiered in 1954. Stopped in 1957 after 13 issues.

The character of Red Mask (inexplicably spelled Redmask in the stories) is the alter ego of Tim Holt. When on missions he dresses in red and wears a red mask. In most of the stories he is accompanied by a disguised woman named Black Phantom.
