CREATOR

This is a continous historic and epic adventure story which unfolds in medieval times around the court of legendary King Arthur. Although the precise events are figments of Foster's imagination both plots and drawings are meticulously constructed to such an extent that locations, population, clothing and buildings seem very realistic.
The main story is that of a young Nordic prince, Valiant, who is constantly travelling around to uphold law and order in King Arthur's realm, but his travels also bring him to many other locations. The story is remarkable thereby that the main characters actually age; Valiant starts out as a teenager, but later on he marries and has children which we also follow as they grow up.

The full title of the series is Prince Valiant in the Days of King Arthur.
