This is something as unusual as a slapstick superhero series featuring The Long Arm Of The Law, and it pokes fun of the 'normal' superheroes in all imaginable ways. The main character is the former crook Patrick 'Eel' O'Brian, who - after having accidentally tripped into a vat of acid - acquires enormous plasticity and stretching powers enabling him to transform into any object he likes in order to fight crime. His sidekick, a former crook as well, is Woozy Winks, a clown-like character who always wears a straw hat and a polka-dot shirt.
