MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1947*. Stopped in 1949 after 11 issues, but has been continued in several new series since then.

The starring character is Sandra Knight (in newer productions renamed Delilah Tyler and Stormy Knight), who battles villains in different ways; she is wearing a skimpy costume (for that time!) designed to deliberately distract her adversaries, and she uses a Black Light Projector that can blind her foes as well as make herself invisible.
