Nip and Nup is a 1 to 4-panel strip about two clownish characters living in a timeless universe, where they visit known, foreign locations as well as purely fictional ones. Nip is the small guy with all the ideas, whereas Nup is the large guy who sometimes carries them out - in his own way.
