The series consists of story characters primarily from short animated cartoons such as Andy Panda, Felix the Cat, L'il Eight Ball, Oswald, Peter Rabbit, and Raggedy Ann.

* The general concept was transferred to a new series titled Walter Lantz New Funnies.
