MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1991*. Stopped in 2007 after 10 issues.

In a futuristic Europe weather is controlled by computers. When one breaks down snow falls all over disrupting the ecological balance for decades. People are forced to get by and survive the best they can in this icy world. One of the recurring characters is Neige (Snow in English) who is a blond young man.
