MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1994. Stopped the same year after 6 issues.

This is a kung fu series inspired by a legendary video arcade game from the time. The stories feature 50 duel-to-the-death warriors some of which are Goro, Johnny Cage, Kano, Liu Kang, Raiden, and Sonya Blade.

The full title of the series on this page is Mortal Kombat Blood & Thunder, and it was followed by many shortlived series all carrying diverse versions of the main title.
