Name: Egmont Group (worldwide comics corporation).
Personal dates: Founded in Denmark in 1878 by Egmont Harald Petersen (1860-1914) and has since then changed name several times (the most well known older name is probably Gutenberghus). Ongoing.

Comments: The corporation has always focussed on childrens' literature. It has branches all over the world, but the pages in this site are all examples from the Danish main  branch.

 

 

MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2005. Stopped in 2007 after 8 issues.

The 12-year old tomboyish girl Elena Patata has just moved to Old Mill Village, where she gets the same aged boy Ezekiel Zick and his strange, talking catlike creature Timothy as neighbours. Patata discovers that Zick, triggered by some unusual allergy, has the ability to see monsters, and the undaunted Patata is immediately ready to follow him and fight the monsters.
