MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 2001. Ongoing.

The title refers to an American government agency of spies with psychic abilities such as causing amnesia (Mgmt is an abbreviation for Management). One member of the group, Henry Lyme, decides that the agency is dangerous, so he breaks out causing the agency to pursue him.
