Personal dates: Founded in 1916 by the brothers Edward (1878-1955) and Albert Wadewitz. Publishing of comic books began in 1932. Stopped in 2001.

Comments: The corporation published most of its comic books via subsidiaries, some of which were Dell, Gold Key, and Whitman.

The series premiered in 1935. Stopped in 1940 after 60 issues.

The series contains independent funny animal stories featuring multiple Disney characters with focus on Donald Duck and Mickey Mouse.
