The series premiered in
1965. Stopped in 1969 after 10 issues.
The series mainly takes place in Monsterville,
where the good natured, green-skinned and pointy-headed Melvin lives with his
parents called Mummy and Baddy. Melvin likes to go to school and
watch TV shows, and sometimes he takes trips to the land of
humans, Humanbeansville, in order to get acquainted with the
people, but instead he inadvertently scares them by his sheer
appearance.
