Name: Semic Press (subsidiary of the worldwide Egmont Group).
Personal dates: Founded in Sweden in 1950 as a comic book subdivision of the publishing company Bonnier AB and has since then changed name several times (the most well known older name is probably Serieförlaget). Sold to Egmont in 1997.

The series premiered in 1996*. Stopped in 1997 after 10 issues, but continued under another publisher until 2001 (additional 25 issues), and again from 2004 to 2005 (additional 8 issues).

This Swedish series contains action stories featuring diverse American superheroes.
