MAIN STORY

The series premiered in 1949. Stopped in 1957 after 67 issues, but was revived from 1966 to 1994 (additional 289 issues). The new run focussed on superheroes.

The series contains a mixture of horror and suspense in self-contained stories often of the more psychological and macabre kind.

* Continuation of Marvel Mystery Comics that ran for 91 issues, thus the numbering of the series on this page takes over from there.
